Warranty Policy

At Flood Buds, we want to ensure that you are fully informed about your warranty coverage when purchasing water restoration equipment from us.

Warranty Coverage by Brand & Supplier

Warranty terms and coverage vary by product brand and supplier:

  • Some products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (length and terms depending on the brand/supplier).

  • We will clearly indicate any manufacturer warranty coverage on the product page where available.

  • If no warranty is explicitly listed, the product is considered sold "as-is" with no extended warranty provided beyond our standard return and defect policy.

Factory Defects

If your product arrives with a factory defect:

  • It will be covered under our Refund & Return Policy.

  • You must submit a warranty request (form provided below) within 14 days of receiving your product.

  • All items will undergo an inspection upon return to verify that the defect is a factory issue.

What is NOT Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from use

  • Improper installation or misuse

  • Damage caused by accident, neglect, or unauthorized repair

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality

Inspection & Approval Process

  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our team.

  • If the item is determined to have a genuine factory defect, we will provide:

    • A replacement unit (if available)

    • OR a full refund (per our Refund Policy)

  • If the defect is found to be caused by misuse or external damage, we reserve the right to decline the warranty request and return the item to you.

How to Submit a Warranty Request

To start a warranty claim, please email us at customer@floodbuds.com with the following information below.

You will need:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect
