We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and shipping policies below:

Eligible Returns
We accept returns for both defective (factory-defective) and non-defective products.
Returns may be initiated for any reason, including:

Change of mind, Wrong product received, Damaged during shipping, Defective product, Item never arrived (see below), Cancellation after ordering (within 14-day window)

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason.
All returned products must be unused or in new, well-conditioned state to qualify for a refund or exchange.

How to Return
Customers must email customer@floodbuds.com to initiate a return within 14 days from delivery.
All returns are processed by mail.
A return shipping label will be provided free of charge — downloadable through your account or by request via email.
No restocking fees will be applied to any return.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be available under certain circumstances.
Please contact us at customer@floodbuds.com to inquire about eligibility for an exchange.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within the 14-day window.
To cancel an order, please contact customer@floodbuds.com as soon as possible.

Lost or Missing Shipments
If your item has not arrived, please contact customer@floodbuds.com.
We will attempt to trace the shipment. If we are unable to trace it, or if the item is confirmed lost, a replacement will be shipped at no additional charge.
If an item has not been delivered after 10 business days from the estimated delivery date, or if the item is not received after shipment notification, please contact us immediately at customer@floodbuds.com.

Courier Services
We currently ship orders using UPS and FedEx (depending on destination and item).
The courier used for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been fulfilled by our warehouse.

Shipping Policy
We offer shipping to Canada and the United States.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our product pages, but are not guaranteed.
