We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and shipping policies below:
Shipping Policy
We offer Free Shipping to Canada and the Continental United States (excluding Alaska)
Handling time: maximum 3 business days
Shipping time: 3-9 business days.
Total time to arrive after purchase: 6-12 business.
If your product is out of stock or for a reason beyond our control cannot be fulfilled within this time frame, you will be notified immediately with an option for a full refund.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for both defective (factory-defective) and non-defective products.
- Change of mind
- Wrong product received
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective product
- Item never arrived (see below)
- Cancellation after ordering (within 14-day window)
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason.
All returned products must be in New condition. This means unused and in sellable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
How to Return
Customers must email customer@floodbuds.com to initiate a return within 14 days from delivery.
All returns are processed by mail.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to Vancouver, BC, Canada.
No restocking fee.
Returned items must be in sellable/new condition. Returns that do not meet this requirement may be rejected.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available under certain circumstances.

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if the product has not shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact customer@floodbuds.com as soon as possible. We will work with you as much as possible!
Lost or Missing Shipments
If your item has not arrived, please contact customer@floodbuds.com.
We will attempt to trace the shipment. If we are unable to trace it, or if the item is confirmed lost, a replacement will be shipped at no additional charge.
If an item has not been delivered after 10 business days from the estimated delivery date, or if the item is not received after shipment notification, please contact us immediately.
Air Scrubber Sales - Final
All sales of air scrubbers are final. Due to the potential for exposure to hazardous particles, we cannot accept returns on air scrubbers under any circumstances.
Courier Services
We currently ship orders using UPS and FedEx, depending on destination and item.
The courier used for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been fulfilled.
