The Phoenix D385 Desiccant Dehumidifier is engineered for situations that require total dryness. Commonly used for class 4 drying situations on hardwood floors, brick, plaster and concrete. The D385 will help tremendously on these jobs.
It can be operated vertically or horizontally. It is a 4-hole desiccant that can be set-up for positive, negative or neutral pressure.
D385 outperforms refrigerants when temperatures are under 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Use it in garages, crawlspaces, basements or Canada
